Cusack Memorial Prize
Thomas F Cusack ,past pupil of St Mel’s College died in 1964 having been a teacher of English in Ireland and New York and as part of his Will he bequeted a sum of money to St Mel’s College for an Annual Award to be made to the outstanding English Student in the Leaving Certificate every year. The following criteria has been put in place
- English Results in Junior Certificate
- Results in the Senior Cycle in English
- Interest and Ability in English as a subject
