Dr Mel Farrell, past pupil visited the 5th and 6th Year History classes today to give a talk on the War of Independence and the Co Longford links. He was accompanied by Martin Morris from Longford Library who is also a past pupil of the school.The school was delighted to welcome back two experts on Irish and local history.
