U-17 Soccer team win 4-0

Our U17 soccer team had a well deserved 4 – 0 win over Collaiste Coilm, Tullamore in Gainstown today. It was a real team performance with many outstanding performances especially Ronan Sheahan. Scorers : Mario Pirlog, Jack  Shaw, Stephen Ayodele and Sean O Sullivan. Well done to Mr O Connell and the panel.

School Secretary Retires in St Mel’s College

Barbara Coll retires today after working in the school office for the past 20 years. Barbara worked with generations of students and teachers in her time in the college and everyone wishes her a very happy and healthy retirement.

U 14 team continue their winning ways with resounding win v St Mary’s Mullingar in North Leinster Juvenile championship.

School bank -TY Committee in place

Our school bank opened today and student bank staff will be on hand in the assembly hall each lunchtime this week to help students open accounts and answer any financial queries! @bankofireland

2nd Year Basketball League

It is on every Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime, organised by Miss Murphy and Miss Sweeney. There are two pool groups each consisting of four teams. Each team in the groupss will play each other. Top two teams from each group will be in the semi-finals. Cole o Connor and Morgan Nowell from TY will assist with the running of the competition. Corey Murphy will assist with the refereeing of the games.
